Christopher R. DeNicola is an Associate with the Firm. Mr. DeNicola concentrates his practice in New York City land use and development, municipal law and zoning and land use planning.
In 2022, he co-authored an article with Managing Member Michael Sahn and Partner John Parker that was published in the Nassau Lawyer, titled “Uncertainty of the Administrative State After SCOTUS West Virginia v. EPA Decision” concerning the impacts that the recent Supreme Court decision in West Virginia v. EPA will have on both state and federal administrative agencies.
Mr. DeNicola is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. DeNicola received his law degree (J.D. 2021) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his undergraduate degree (B.S. 2018) from Florida State University.
While attending law school, Mr. DeNicola served as the Alumni Affairs Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. He also performed pro bono work as a student-practitioner for the Community and Economic Development Clinic at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and interned for the Honorable Paul J. Baisley, Jr. in Suffolk County Supreme Court.
